Muvhango is a South African television soap opera, created by Duma Ndlovu. It is broadcast on the public TV channel SABC 2. The first episode was aired on 7 April 1997. It was the first Tshivenda language TV drama, but later became multilingual in order to showcase that languages and cultures of South Africa should be used to unite rather than divide.

Sakhile has a strange dream about his father, which Dr Ximba dismisses as insignificant, but Nomvula is unsettled and suggests it could mean something deeper.
Susan feels defeated after Azwindini updates her on his visit to the police station, declaring that Teboho has won. Resolute, she decides to return to Venda.
Kgosi searches online for the bag Bubbles desires but becomes confused by the many similar options, while Bubbles grows envious after spotting a client carrying the exact bag.
Azwindini confronts Vhutshilo about the consequences of vandalizing Lebo’s car and reflects on his own behavior.
Teboho revels in the chaos she is causing at Hayani, gloating to Azwindini about the turmoil. However, her confidence falters when Susan confronts her, vowing to do whatever it takes to ensure Teboho ends up in prison for life.
Kgosi surprises Bubbles by secretly ordering the bag she’s been longing for and hides it away until the perfect moment to give it to her.
At the gym, Vhutshilo confronts Lebo with evidence of her fraudulent activities and demands ownership of the gym.
Lebo, shaken, confides in Ndemedzo, who advises her to stand her ground.
Azwindini reluctantly apologizes to Teboho under pressure. Teboho takes full advantage, acting like a saint in front of everyone.
Dr Ximba is frustrated when the doctor can’t find anything physically wrong with Sakhile after his collapse, but she breathes a sigh of relief when he finally wakes up. However, Nomvula raises concerns, hinting that Sakhile’s issues may be linked to a secret Dr Ximba is keeping from him.
Vhutshilo, feeling victorious after taking control of the gym, boasts to Azwindini, but Azwindini questions the ethics behind his tactics, especially after learning how he treated Lebo.
Bubbles, distracted by her new handbag, is confused when people start laughing at her, though Kgosi believes they’re just envious.
Dr Ximba is thrown into a state of panic when she discovers that Sakhile has gone missing from his hospital room. Her worry intensifies when she learns that he is on life support.
Nomvula urges Dr Ximba to act quickly to save him before it’s too late.
Bubbles confesses to Kgosi why people were laughing at her at work, and he feels sympathy for her. She later receives a delivery and is overjoyed to find that it’s the original busk-it bag she has been wanting.
On the personal front, Azwindini opens up to Mulalo, expressing his fears that Linde might have fallen in love with someone in Venda.
Dr Ximba seeks advice from Nomvula after Madimetja makes an indecent proposal, demanding a personal favor in exchange for performing a traditional ceremony for Sakhile.
Tensions arise in the village as Susan introduces new rules for cutting wood, angering the villagers who are displeased with the changes. Shaz attempts to plead with Susan on behalf of the villagers, but Susan, acting on Azwindini’s instructions, remains firm in her decision to represent the royal family’s interests.
Teboho is touched when she is celebrated for her successful work, but Mulalo dampens her mood, and her attempt to spite him by buying Luruli gifts backfires, leaving her embarrassed.
