A few weeks ago, Thando Thabethe made an announcement that she was leaving 5FM to focus on her other passions.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>According to her recent tweets, that was not what made her resign. On Tuesday evening, Thando took to her tweeter a thread stating in detail the real reason why she had to resign from the SABC radio station.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI then decided to take back the slot keeping in mind the impact it would have not just on me but the colleagues on my show who have families to feed. I then tried to negotiate a raise of R200 an hour. My gripe is the lies told to me and about me for personal gains. I hope this never happens to anyone else.
