Manaka Ranaka celebrates 20years of acting

Maybe it’s true that time flies when you are having fun. It’s been a bliss for Manaka Ranaka for the past twenty years! The 41 year old Generations the legacy star has been on the headlines for the past week when it came to be known that she is expecting and her character will rake a short break while she goes through childbirth process.

This weekend Manaka was celebrated once again as she turned 20 years of being and actress. Twenty good years is long, many fell off the train long time ago, big ups to her!!

In the beauty decorated black and gold party we saw in pictures some of the people that were there to celebrate, obviously her colleagues, her siblings Dineo and Mzingisi and their supportive parents.

Brief history of what happened to Manaka over twenty years ago when she started in the acting industry and why she work for Mfundi Vundla after the strike which lead to the cancellation of the old generations. So she was meant to work for isidingo(Nandioha’s character) , she auditioned and got the part but she fell pregnant with Katlego and her contract was cancelled. So she was not going to let the opportunity pass her by when the new generations was formed to stand in solidarity with the older group that protested because no one stood in solidarity with her when she lost the fig because of being a woman.
