Proverb excitedly shows off his new book

Proverb rapper is a Tv personality his real name and official identity is Tebogo Sidney Thapelo Thekisho which is the name given to him by his mother at birth . His currently 38 years old (1981).He started his rapping career in  1999 and become renowned as being one of the few rappers who does not use vulgar language in his songs .Proverb was the technical producer of fresh breakfast show on Y-fm and is now the technical and content producer on the drive time show on METRO-FM, the venue 3-6 with Glen Lewis and Unathi . He also host his own show the Pro-file on Saturdays and Sunday on METRO-FM.

Proverb excitedly shared on instagram that he had received the first copy of his memoir , THE BOOK OF PROVERB

” Arrived home to the most pleasant surprise , finally received a copy of my memoir ” he captioned a photo of himself proudly showing off his book.

In this memoir, Proverb whose real name is Tebogo pays tribute to the people who’ve helped make him become the person he is especially his parents ,his grandmother and his siblings .

He says that he’ll share the lessons he’s learnt through the different phases of his life, and also delve into the dark times he’s endured including his painfully public divorce and attempted suicide.
